RAFACZÓWKI RESIDENCES is a complex of 6 residences forming a gated community with a total area of 966 m², designed on a plot of 2,300 m². The residences are located on the slope of Gubałówka (1126 m above sea level), one of the most scenic places, from which there is a panorama of the Tatra Mountains and Zakopane.
The location and architectural concept have been developed to provide maximum comfort, privacy and security for residents. The modern approach to architecture is combined with the carpentry tradition of Podhale, drawing inspiration from the Zakopane style created by Stanisław Witkiewicz. His vision combined Podhale craftsmanship with the need to build impressive homes for wealthy spa guests visiting Zakopane.
In this spirit, Rafaczówki Residences were created – a synonym for simplicity, luxury, the highest quality workmanship and harmony between architecture and the surrounding nature.

Our offer allows you to move into your new residence as quickly as possible and fall in love with its interior at first glance. The interior finishing service is based on the experience of our partners and the guarantees provided by our contractors, who specialize in Podhale architecture. A significant advantage of this service is the ability to move into the residence without the hassle of the interior finishing process.
We deliver turnkey investments. The interior finishes, as well as all work, are covered by a comprehensive warranty provided by our contractor.
